Unlimited Internet in Kazakhstan 2026: Real Tariffs Without Tricks

“Unlimited” sounds great, but in practice there are almost always restrictions. In 2026 operators raised prices by 15–20 %, and “full unlimited” most often turns into 128–256 Kbit/s after 100–200 GB. We break down the current tariffs from Tele2, Kcell, Beeline and Altel — where you get real value and where it’s just marketing.

Most tariffs fall into three types:
1. 5G Unlimited + fixed GB in 4G/3G (Altel, some Tele2 plans)
2. Full unlimited in 5G/4G/3G with FUP after a large volume (Tele2 “Unlimited by full”)
3. Family premium tariffs with a huge package (Beeline Premium, Kcell Жақсылық MAX)

Speed after FUP is usually 128–256 Kbit/s — enough only for messengers and maps, but not for video or downloads.

Tele2 and Altel are the price leaders:

Kcell / Activ — premium options:
- Жақсылық MAX — around 10,990 ₸. Full unlimited + 50 SMS.
- Жақсылық HIT / PRO — 5,990–7,990 ₸ with 27–48 GB + option to exchange minutes for GB.
- “UNLIMITED+” service is connected separately on promotional tariffs.

Beeline — family unlimited plans:
- Premium Family x4 / x6 — from 12,000–19,999 ₸. Unlimited internet + large minute packages. Ideal for a family of 4–6 people.
- Mega — from 5,999–7,999 ₸ (after the increase) with 10–25 GB + unlimited on own services.

If you are mostly at home or in the office — take fibre from Kazakhtelecom or other providers (from 3,500–6,000 ₸ for 100–300 Mbit/s real unlimited without FUP). Mobile unlimited is convenient on trips, at the dacha, or when you need internet everywhere.

1. Calculate your real consumption (the operator’s app will show last month’s usage).
2. If less than 100 GB — a regular 25–35 GB package is enough.
3. If 150+ GB and often in 5G zones — take Tele2 “Unlimited by full”.
4. Family — look at Beeline Premium Family.
5. Check 5G coverage in your area (5G maps on operator websites).
6. Connect through the app — personal discounts are often available there.
